Outsourcing Lesson 2 – How to work effectively with your VA using Skitch, Evernote, Screenflow

Hi, I just wanna show you how I send instructions to my virtual assistants in the Philippines. I’m using a program called Skitch which is fantastic. All you have to do is click here and make sure you have the page up that you want to copy. Just press screen snap and then you drag and drop and press capture.

I used to do all this in a Photoshop and you know it’s a hassle to have an arrow that you use to import etc. etc. But here you see, I just sent a bunch of information to my virtual assistant and all I do here is compose and you can see my Daily Update.

Here’s my Daily Update to one of my VA’s and I just press compose, add to people where I’m sending it to and I can actually just drag and drop this- so I just drag it into gmail and off it goes to my VA’s. And the work gets done. I actually recommend using Skitch and Evernote as a program. Here’s a program I’m using to capture this recording for you right now. It’s called Screenflow and it’s very simple. I’m going to end this recording so stay tuned.
