“Going for the wrong kind of success was a huge learning lesson for me. I figured out that if I wanted to be successfull I had to be successfull with myself. I couldn´t become successfull doing what other people were doing. I had to do what I believed in and that felt real and true to me. The worst thing you can be is successfull as someone else. Thats a very difficult thing to upkeep and it´s very tiring. I feel sorry for the people that have to walk out that door everyday to be successfull as someone else to make this art, to make something that people…ahm connect to and whatever you have made is not you. And you´re not happy about it, but its successfull, because at somepoint you have to go home and all the lights are off and there are no cameras running. You have to look yourself in the mirror and say I like who I am or Im not very happy about who I am.”
