Hi! Erlend Bakke here, founder of Mroutsource.com, today coming from lovely Stonehenge.
Stonehenge is a place of mystery and it’s around 5,000 years old I believe. My company is 5 and a half years old which means it’s not very old compare to Stonehenge. And on the New York Stock Exchange, the average age of a company is 15 years which means they’re merged and transformed and shifted or they die and go bankrupt. A lot of companies just go bankrupt.
And I was standing here and thinking about how important is to therefore, systemize automate your business so it works without you. You know, you should always be working on your business, so you can be transferred so it lives on without you. You know the purpose of your company is not for you to always work in it and be your company. The purpose of your company is to be a system that serves people and solves their problems.
