You can have success
Inspiration and motivation from; Will Smith, P Diddy, Felix Dennis and Jay Z
“One step at the time in the right direction is all you have to do to get there.” Or if you like lay one brick at the time like Will Smith.
And here is the short version and the best part of the interview.
This video speaks for itself.
This is quite simple, if you give the world value you will get value back. However make sure the value you are broadcasting is in fact valuable. “You get out of it what you put into it.” P Diddy Combs.
“You can have success, we have seen that a million times, but there is fear in being successfull too. If you are successfull doing something you want to stay there, you don´t want to move or take a chance doing anything else because this works. I don´t know how you learn from success, I haven´t figured that part out.” From this amazing interview with Jay-Z. There is so much to be learned from this interview in how you can make your success become real for you.
“I have learned more from failure than success, it can seem paralysing to some if you live in the fear of it.”
“Going for the wrong kind of success was a huge learning lesson for me. I figured out that if I wanted to be successfull I had to be successfull with myself. I couldn´t become successfull doing what other people were doing. I had to do what I believed in and that felt real and true to me. The worst thing you can be is successfull as someone else. Thats a very difficult thing to upkeep and it´s very tiring. I feel sorry for the people that have to walk out that door everyday to be successfull as someone else to make this art, to make something that people…ahm connect to and whatever you have made is not you. And you´re not happy about it, but its successfull, because at somepoint you have to go home and all the lights are off and there are no cameras running. You have to look yourself in the mirror and say I like who I am or Im not very happy about who I am.”
