The E-Myth is also an easy read. I read books whilst running my businesses and use them as part of my thought process in improving and developing how things are currently working.

The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich by Timothy Farris

You can read this before or after reading E-Myth. This book makes a good point of using the available flat world and the web in building your company to be effective.
