Dr John Gray – Super-Exercise for Everyone!
I´ve been doing this for 5 minutes in between my breaks of writing the new business plan for YouSpin and have found it really great in terms of adding energy and thoughts to the process. I basically work concentrated for 60 minutes, do 5 minutes of these exercises then 30 minutes of other types of work, before I start the cycle again. A little tip when sitting and focusing for 60 minutes on a business plan is to have a sheet of paper next to you and write down the things that come into your head that may help you loose focus.
