One of the key stories in my book is the story about how Sylvester Stallone started out in the movie business and all the challenges he had to overcome to make the three times Oscar winning film Rocky. Anthony Robbins tells a great story about how Stallone made it and what it took for him to become who he is today. The important lesson that I got out of watching the clip was that I will only commit to businesses and ideas that I´m willing to stick with for at least 5 years (in other words approximately 10 000 hours). I think the success rate of entrepreneurs would skyrocket if they committed to getting 1 thing working really well over the course of 5 years instead of taking on lots of ideas and opportunities.

Before I tell you what I´m reading at the moment I would like to share with you a company I really love – UBER. It´s a taxi company that connects you with a superb fleet of drivers and cars by the touch of a button through their app. I only discovered that Uber was in London a few weeks ago and have been using it a lot ever since. Check it out here Street Smarts An All Purpose Tool Kit for Entrepreneurs by Norm Brodsky I read this book several years ago and really liked the no business bullshit lessons. One of the main lessons from the book that I have implemented was to focus on having positive cashflow rather than negative cashflow. In short ALWAYS try to get PRE PAID for your services!

I love my Scan Snap Scanner, but have not found a suitable companion for this great tool yet. I need a printer to use for my laptop lifestyle – that fits easily in a small bag. I´m thinking about buying the Brother Pocket Jet 6 when I arrive in the US, but I was wondering if anyone has tried it out? Is there a better product out there?
